1. About these terms
This website is operated by ShadesCrush. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. When you place an order you're making an offer to buy, and we accept it when we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of a pricing error, an unavailable item or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Shipping
We ship free to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping usually arrives in 5 to 7 days. Priority shipping, an additional $8, usually arrives in 2 to 4 days. Orders usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers.

4. Buy 3, save 10%
When three or more pairs are in the same bag and checked out together in one order, 10% comes off automatically. Pairs bought in separate orders don't qualify. If you return a pair from a 3-pair order, the discount is removed from the pairs you keep. Our Return Policy explains how this affects your refund.

5. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

6. Product information
We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary, so a pair may look slightly different in person. Sunglasses are for everyday eye comfort and UV protection. They are not safety eyewear or prescription lenses.

7. Accounts and use of the site
Please give accurate information when you order, and don't misuse the site, interfere with it or try to access it without permission.

8. Intellectual property
The ShadesCrush name, logo, photos and text belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ShadesCrush isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], and any disputes will be handled in the courts there.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you order is the one that applies.
