Free shipping on every order
We ship free to addresses in the United States. We don't currently ship outside the US.

Processing time
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times

• Standard shipping: usually delivered in 5 to 7 days.
• Priority shipping: an additional $8, usually delivered in 2 to 4 days.

Delivery times begin once your order ships, not when you place it. They're estimates, and carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect them.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. If you ordered more than one pair, they may arrive in separate packages.

Buy 3, save 10%
Pairs in the same order ship together. Because pairs bought in separate orders ship separately, they don't qualify for the 3-pair discount.

Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at your cost. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 days of shipping or arrives damaged, email us at help@shadescrush.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of shipping in these cases. See our Return Policy for other returns.
