30-day returns

Not feeling your new shades? You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return them.

What can be returned

• Sunglasses that are unworn and in their original condition, with the original case or packaging if one was included.
• Pairs that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or missing parts can't be accepted.

How to return

1. Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number and which pair you're returning.
2. We'll send you the return instructions.
3. Ship the pair back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the price you paid for that pair to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it. If you'd like a different style, return the pair for a refund and place a new order.

Buy 3, save 10%

The 10% discount applies when 3 pairs are in one order. If you return any pair from a 3-pair order, the discount is removed from the pairs you keep, and your refund is adjusted accordingly.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your pair arrives damaged or defective, or isn't the pair you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every US order. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.
